Free From Functional Food Expo Barcelona

The exhibition Free From Functional Food Expo refers to a topical issue of the food industry presenting a wide range of functional food products, such as food and drinks rich in proteins and vitamins, dietary supplements and sports nutrition as well as food without additives, such as dairy free, gluten-free, sugar free, egg free up to vegan and kosher and many more. For this purpose, the fair is divided into two partial exhibitions, the Free From Food Expo and the Functional Food Expo. The product presentation is partly subject-specific and partly country-specific in national pavilions of different European countries. In the conferences, specific insights and experiences, as well as market analyses on selected topics are presented to the visitors.

The event is aimed exclusively at professionals from the food industry, in particular retailers and restaurants. The Exhibition Centre Fira de Barcelona Gran Via has a modern architecture and infrastructure and is one of the largest venues in Europe. It is strategically located in close proximity to the airport and with direct connection to public means of transport.

The Free From Functional Food Expo will take place on 2 days from Tuesday, 19. November to Wednesday, 20. November 2024 in Barcelona.
