Intec Leipzig

The Intec is an international trade fair for machine tools, manufacturing, and automation technology, which takes place every two years in Leipzig. In 2007, it moved from Chemnitz to Leipzig and is organized by Leipziger Messe GmbH. It is an important European meeting point for technology leaders, innovation drivers, producers, sales and service partners, service providers, and specialists who present innovative and tailor-made technology for daily production tasks. It's about machine tools, manufacturing, and automation technology, suppliers, mainly for the middle production stages, as well as tool-processing and tool-grinding.

At the same time, the international supplier fair Z and the GrindTec, an international trade fair for tool-processing and tool-grinding, take place. Together, they form a trade fair network that is unique in Europe and presents a complete value chain—from raw materials to parts, components, and assemblies to production technology. Users find tailor-made solutions for all stages of planning, production preparation, operative production, and distribution.
