MILCHWERK Dornbirn

MILCHWERK is a trade fair for milk processing and suppliers in the Alpine region, held at the Messequartier Dornbirn from 2027. It is aimed particularly at dairies, cheese dairies and alpine dairies, as well as companies that supply these businesses with technology, ingredients and services.

As a meeting place dedicated to the industry, it focuses on the practical requirements of milk processing and cheese production. The fair aims to encourage discussion of specific operational challenges, new developments and investment plans.

The exhibition covers everything from process technology and plant engineering to cheese dairy equipment, filling, packaging and labeling. Exhibits include separators, homogenizers, pasteurizers and heat exchangers, as well as cheese vats, curd cutting harps, presses and cheese ripening equipment. Other topics include hygiene and food safety, refrigeration and utility systems, automation, sensors and digital process control. Laboratory equipment, testing systems, cultures, rennet, packaging materials and operational services are also part of the offering.

The fair brings suppliers together with specialists and decision-makers from production, engineering and purchasing. It is aimed at industrial and regional dairies, cooperative dairies, alpine cheese dairies and alpine dairies, organic dairies and specialty producers. Discussions focus on specific operational challenges, technical solutions and planned projects. The first edition and therefore the premiere of the MILCHWERK takes place on 2 days from Wed., 06.10.2027 to Thur., 07.10.2027 in Dornbirn.
