The Umbria region is known for its truffles. For this reason, in the fall or spring markets and fairs around the Umbrian precious truffles take place in many villages and cities. One of them is the Nero Norcia, which is dedicated to the black truffle. Visitors will have the opportunity to receive detailed information on this specialty and to discuss with experts about the most important economic issues.
