The New Aquitaine Agricultural Fair - Salon de l'Agriculture Nouvelle-Aquitaine - in Bordeaux is the most important regional fair for agriculture and food in western France. It is organized by BEAM Bordeaux Events and More and supported by the Network of Chambers of Agriculture of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. It focuses on various focal points and sectors such as nutrition, environment, sustainability, and energy. Products such as farm products, organic products and local products with all their richness of flavours are also present. The fair offers a variety of attractions and events suitable for both professionals and the public. Visitors can expect an extensive program comprising lectures and presentations.
