POLFISH Gdańsk

The POLFISH Fair in Gdansk organised biennially is the only fair in Poland dedicated to the fish and seafood industry and one of the biggest of its kind in Middle Eastern Europe. It is an important information and communication platform of the industry, where producers of fish products meet their customers and the respective suppliers. The target visitor groups are mainly wholesalers, fish stores and supermarket chains. The main suppliers are producers and distributors of processing machines, packaging, food accessories, refrigerating equipment, fishing companies, fish farms, traders and the manufacturers and distributors of fishing equipment.

The event showcases among others products and services like fish, freezing equipment, quality control, transportation, warehousing solutions, sauces, seasonings, processing equipment, metal and plastic packaging solutions, fish product additives and hygiene products. Additionally, seminars on new standards, culinary training sessions as well as national competitions are offered.

On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 3 days of the fair, from 29. May to 31. May 2019, about 140 exhibitors from 13 countries and 4000 visitors from 23 countries on the POLFISH in Gdańsk.

The POLFISH will take place on 3 days from Wednesday, 11. September to Friday, 13. September 2024 in Gdańsk.
