SLOW WINE FAIR Bologna

SLOW WINE FAIR organized by BolognaFiere-SANA and Slow Food is the only international event devoted to good, clean and fair wine. SLOW WINE FAIR aims at bringing together the stakeholders of the supply chain in order to achieve a crucial turning point in the wine sector in the name of environmental sustainability, landscape protection and social and cultural growth in rural wine regions. The proposed selection of wines is guaranteed both by the Manifesto and by our International Tasting Commission, so the quality will be ensured from a philosophical and ethical point of view as well as from the point of view of actual taste. .

Founded in 2022, SLOW WINE FAIR offers professionals of the natural, organic and biodynamic wine sector different chances of networking and business. The event will be an interesting showcase for spirits and amari as well. Target audience of SLOW WINE FAIR are importers, distributors, hoteliers, restaurateurs, caterers, sommeliers, wine merchants, e-commerce professionals, journalists and influencers who can steer the public's choices towards wines made using virtuous methods resulting from sustainable agriculture.

The event is also open to wine lovers and enthusiasts who, along with the wine and spirits tastings, will have the opportunity of joining the rich programme of conferences and masterclasses. The show is easy to reach both by plane and by train, as well as by car. The location BolognaFiere is very close to the city centre, offering good accommodation opportunities and plenty of restaurants and „osterie“ to spend the evening at.
