SWISS CLASSIC WORLD is an annual classic car exhibition open to the public, held since 2014 in the heart of Switzerland – in Lucerne. The event aims to provide a high-quality and comprehensive platform for the Swiss classic car community. It is organized by SWISS CLASSIC WORLD c/o MARKETINGLINK GmbH in cooperation with Messe Luzern AG, whose experience ensures a professional execution and an impressive presentation.

Over the years, the event has evolved from a niche gathering into an internationally recognized meeting point for enthusiasts of classic vehicles. Its hallmark is a consistent focus on quality: high-end restorations, outstanding craftsmanship, and carefully selected exhibitors define the exhibition. Unlike large-scale, mass-oriented shows, SWISS CLASSIC WORLD deliberately positions itself as a premium event, appealing not only to industry professionals but also to families, classic car enthusiasts, and young newcomers.

The diverse exhibition features over 700 classic and modern classics – including cars and motorcycles – available for purchase. In addition, a comprehensive parts and accessories market offers spare parts, care products, and technical equipment. Private individuals are also welcome to present their vehicles for sale at the show’s vehicle market, facilitating direct exchange between buyers and sellers.

A particular focus is placed on restoration and craftsmanship. Specialist workshops in fields such as cylinder grinding, upholstery, bodywork, and coachbuilding showcase their expertise and offer specialized services, tools, and equipment for the maintenance and care of classic vehicles. Quality, precision, and expert knowledge are at the core of their presentations.

The exhibition also serves as a knowledge hub. Daily expert talks offer insights into current topics such as synthetic fuels, restoration techniques, and the preservation of automotive heritage. Complementary to the presentations, professional literature and magazines are available on-site.

Highlights of the event include the classic car auction by the Oldtimer Galerie Toffen, where selected vehicles are auctioned off, as well as regularly changing special exhibitions that focus on historic races, unique vehicle types, or anniversaries. With the initiative "Old Cars for Young People," the event actively promotes the next generation, aiming to inspire younger audiences to engage with the world of classic vehicles.

The event is held at the modern Messe Luzern venue – an architecturally striking complex with excellent infrastructure and convenient transport connections in the heart of Lucerne’s Allmend district.
