The "Weihnachts-Ostpro" is the largest sales and order fair for products from Eastern Germany and a platform for companies in the new German federal states. It was founded in 1991 to offer forgotten products from the former GDR a new presentation and marketing area. With its huge success, the fair has become a cult event, taking place in several cities in Eastern Germany. Since its first edition, many products have made their way back into store shelves.

An awareness of local products has been created and the great interest and high demand for iconic products remains as high as ever. The "Weihnachts-Ostpro" is a mecca for those who still find a favor in these products. As a pure public exhibition, it is open to the general public. The fair in Erfurt focuses on the theme of Christmas, which is also reflected in the offered product range.

Already for the nineteenth time the Weihnachts-Ostpro invites on 3 days from Fri., 10.11.2023 to Sun., 12.11.2023 in Erfurt.
