AZUBISpot Dresden

The AZUBISpot in Dresden is a public fair held annually in November, aimed at students, school leavers, parents, and teachers—in short, anyone interested in vocational education or looking to explore new career paths. The event is organized by RAV Medienagentur, an experienced specialist in cinema advertising and event planning. The venue is CinemaxX Dresden, a modern multiplex cinema located in the heart of the city.

What makes AZUBISpot unique is its innovative concept: companies, universities, and institutions present themselves not in conventional exhibition halls but in a relaxed cinema atmosphere. All exhibitors are given equally sized information booths in the spacious foyer, ensuring a level playing field for everyone. Additionally, two daily 15-minute presentations are held in the cinema auditorium, offering exciting insights into apprenticeships, dual study programs, and career paths—all presented in high-quality film format on the big screen. This combination of information, entertainment, and personal interaction creates a welcoming environment where visitors can easily engage with exhibitors.

AZUBISpot is a specialized fair focused on career orientation, with a clear emphasis on apprenticeships, dual study programs, and internships. The spotlight is on tangible opportunities such as training positions, degree programs, internships, and application tips—all offered directly on-site. Alongside businesses from various industries, universities and educational institutions provide information about study options and career prospects. Visitors also receive valuable guidance for their career planning and professional support with the application process—from first steps to creating a strong application portfolio.

Another highlight is the reward system using conversation and presentation tickets, which encourages interaction between visitors and exhibitors. Those who actively participate in conversations or attend presentations receive tickets that can be exchanged in the "reward zone" for prizes or free cinema vouchers—an engaging incentive that adds extra appeal to the event.

In addition to Dresden, AZUBISpot is held in other cities such as Munich, Hamburg, Amberg, Berlin, and Göttingen. It has established itself as a nationally recognized platform for vocational education. The well-thought-out concept, professional organization by RAV Medienagentur, and the modern event setting make AZUBISpot a practical, accessible, and target-group-oriented experience centered around shaping one’s professional future.
