Anuga FoodTec Cologne

Anuga FoodTec is the leading trade fair for suppliers of the food and beverage industry. It takes place every three years in Cologne and appeals as the world's only across industries event all sectors of the food industry, from processing to packaging. With this concept, it has successfully positioned itself and is the leading information and procurement platform of the industry. Whether plants or machinery, packaging materials or analytics, ingredients or services in the areas of meat products, dairy products, beverages, frozen foods, baked goods and basic food - as a driving force presents the Anuga FoodTec innovations and technological visions of the industry and provides customized solutions for efficient resource utilization of energy, water and food during production.

The fair offer will be extended through the exhibition areas Food Ingredients, for providers of ingredients and additives and Food Analytics for suppliers of food analysis technology. Food Analytics is an area that has enormous growth potential, due to the fact that food safety and operational safety are becoming increasingly important. This requires better methods of analysis with a high degree of automation and powerful analytical solutions including data processing. In addition, food production has discovered the analysis for their product development, too. To cope with that development Anuga FoodTec introduces the area Food Analytics. On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, from 20. March to 23. March 2018, about 50000 visitors from 152 countries on the Anuga FoodTec in Cologne.
