BIG BUYER Milan

BIG BUYER is an annual trade fair that has established itself as a key meeting point for professionals in the stationery and office supplies sectors. Since its launch in 1996, the event has grown steadily, attracting industry professionals from Italy and around the world. Held each November, the fair is strategically timed to coincide with the period when wholesalers and retailers are preparing for the busy Christmas trading season.

Organised by BolognaFiere S.p.A., one of Italy's leading trade fair organisers, BIG BUYER provides a platform for business discussions, networking and exploring the latest industry trends. The exhibition covers a wide range of product categories, including stationery, arts and crafts supplies, books, gifts, writing instruments, and products and solutions for schools, education and offices. Particular emphasis is placed on fostering innovation and creativity across these sectors.

The venue, Allianz MiCo – Milano Convention Centre, offers modern facilities and a convenient location for exhibitors and visitors alike. The exhibition centre is renowned for hosting well-organised events and accommodating large numbers of exhibitors and attendees.

One of BIG BUYER's main attractions is the opportunity to meet directly with leading manufacturers and major brands. Buyers can gain first-hand insights into the latest industry developments, trends, services and products. The fair serves as a launchpad for new products while giving retailers and distributors an exclusive preview of potential future bestsellers.

A distinctive feature of BIG BUYER is its focus on both established and emerging industry segments. While some sections are dedicated to traditional stationery and office supplies, others showcase creative solutions, party supplies and specialist educational materials. This diversity makes the fair a comprehensive industry event catering to a wide range of specialist markets and requirements.

Overall, BIG BUYER is an essential event for industry professionals, offering access to innovative products and services while creating valuable business opportunities and fostering partnerships in a dynamic market.

This year the BIG BUYER takes place on 3 days from Mon., 16.11.2026 to Wed., 18.11.2026 in Milan already for the 30th time.
