GastroPan Sibiu

GastroPan is a trade fair for the bakery, confectionery, and catering industries. The name is a combination of "Gastro" for "gastronomy" and "Pan" for bread, reflecting the trade fair's focus: food production. The event takes place annually at different locations throughout Romania and is organized by Boro-Info Srl, a company specializing in trade events for the food industry.

At the same time, it serves as a platform for artisanal craftsmanship, where outstanding professionals showcase their expertise. A particular highlight is the "Bread of the Year" competition, which shines a spotlight on both artisanal and industrial baking excellence.
