Première Vision Paris

16. - 18. September 2025 | Trade fair for fashion materials and services for creative collection development

The Première Vision Paris is one of the most important trade fairs in the international fashion industry. It takes place twice a year – in February and September – at the Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte. Since its founding in 1973, it has established itself as a central meeting point for creatives, designers, buyers, product developers, and brand managers who come together to actively shape the future of textiles. The event is organized by Première Vision, an agency specializing in fashion events with a global focus.

The fair is exclusively open to trade visitors from the fashion, textile, and design sectors. It represents a comprehensive ecosystem of creative fashion production – covering everything from fibers, yarns, fabrics, and components to garment manufacturing, trend forecasting, technologies, and sustainable solutions. The focus lies on the needs of upcoming collections, typically around six months in advance.

At the heart of Première Vision Paris are inspiration, innovation, and business development. Exhibitors from around the world – including leading fabric manufacturers, spinning mills, print studios, trim suppliers, garment makers, leather producers, and accessory designers – present not only their products but also their visions for the fashion of tomorrow. The core focus is on materials and fabrics, complemented by specialized areas such as Yarns & Components, Manufacturing & Sourcing, Denim, Fashion Accessories, and the forward-looking Smart Creation Area. Launched in 2015, this platform showcases responsible and technological innovations and has been expanded since 2020 to include impulses from wearable tech. Key themes include recycled fibers, bio-based materials, digital production solutions, and new concepts for sustainable development.

A notable feature is the close collaboration with the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM), which led to the creation of the PV-IFM Barometer – an annual trend and economic barometer for the creative fashion industry, offering valuable insights into future developments.

The event impresses not only with its content but also with its venue. The Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center, with its spacious architecture, modern infrastructure, and excellent public transport connections, offers ideal conditions. Additionally, Paris itself – as a global hub for fashion, culture, and creativity – lends the fair extra appeal.

What truly sets Première Vision Paris apart is its ability to make future fashion eras tangible today – through curated trend forums, visionary color worlds, innovative technologies like 3D design, and digital platforms that extend the trade show experience throughout the year. Sustainability is no longer treated as a separate issue but is deeply embedded across all areas – from supply chains and material selection to ethically responsible production.

Première Vision Paris is therefore far more than a trade fair: it is a strategic tool for anyone aiming to succeed in the fashion industry and take an active role in shaping its future. With its strong relevance, international reach, and innovative momentum, it is an unmissable event in the global fashion calendar.
