QUARTERshoestart is an established trade fair for footwear and leather goods and has been one of the most important industry events in Central Germany since its founding in 1995. As part of the umbrella brand QUARTER, which represents the semi-annual ordering cycle in February and August, the name "QUARTERshoestart" symbolizes the launch of the new shoe season.

The venue is the MMC Mitteldeutsches Mode Center in Schkeuditz near Leipzig – a modern, well-connected exhibition center offering ideal conditions for retailers, buyers, and exhibitors. The fair is organized by Regtrade AG, a company specialized in creating professional platforms for the fashion and footwear industry. Its goal is to support retailers at the beginning of each season – with relevant information, practical insight, and market-driven concepts.

More than just a product showcase, QUARTERshoestart serves as a central communication hub for the German footwear and leather goods sector. The spotlight is on current collections in women’s, men’s, children’s, and comfort shoes, complemented by a wide range of accessories including bags, belts, and care products.
