SANA Food Bologna

SANA is one of the leading international trade fairs for organic and healthy food in Europe. Founded in 1988, the trade show offers organic food industry professionals a variety of opportunities to network and do business. A further development of consumer and industry trends leads to a new trade fair concept that turns from a product fair into a channel fair: SANA Food creates a new format exclusively dedicated to the world of food and offers organic and healthy food companies profiled national target groups and international visitors from the Ho.Re.Ca world, specialist shops and distributors. The world of out-of-home consumption is increasingly relying on organic products and demanding healthier and more sustainable nutritional options to meet the needs of consumers who are increasingly paying attention to nutritional values, innovation and respect for tradition.

Organic products, the heart of the event for 36 years, are flanked by vegan, vegetarian, plant-based, "free from", "enriched with", PDO, DOGC and IGT products.
