SICAB is organized by the Real Asociación Nacional de Criadores de Caballos de Pura Raza Española (ANCCE), the Royal National Association of Breeders of Purebred Spanish Horses. The ANCCE serves globally as the umbrella organization for the Purebred Spanish Horse (PRE) and is the only organization officially recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture to manage the studbook and ensure the purity of this venerable breed.
