SÜFFA Stuttgart

The SÜFFA in Stuttgart, also known as the "Süddeutsche Fachmesse für das Fleischerhandwerk", was founded in 1984 and has established itself as the leading trade fair for the national meat industry. Organized by the Landesmesse Stuttgart GmbH, it attracts not only experts from Germany but also from neighboring countries. This annual industry gathering held in the fall is only omitted in the year of the IFFA in Frankfurt am Main, positioning itself as a central hub for the butchery sector and the medium-sized industry.

The focus of the fair lies on the latest developments and innovations in the meat business, ranging from slaughtering techniques to production, logistics, packaging, and retail sales. Here, it's not just meat and sausage specialties that are showcased, but also commercial goods, marketing solutions, and waste disposal technologies.
