The Evenord in Nuremberg is an innovation fair for butchers and gastronomy. This trade exhibition, which was held for the first time in 1968, has over the years become a magnet for butchers, restaurateurs and hoteliers from Franconia, Thuringia and Saxony. The range of products extends from butcher's and catering supplies to delicatessen and decorative items to equipment and shop fittings. It is one of the most traditional trade fairs in the butcher trade.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 2 days of the fair, from 13. October to 14. October 2018, about 160 exhibitors and 4000 visitors on the Evenord in Nuremberg.
