FOR YOUR CAREER is an annual career fair held at Leuphana University Lüneburg, dedicated to supporting students and graduates as they enter the professional world. It has become a key platform for career orientation, welcoming participants from all academic disciplines. The event is organized by Leuphana GmbH, which actively fosters the connection between academia and industry.

A wide range of exhibiting organizations—from regional and national employers to non-profits and innovative start-ups—use the fair as a targeted opportunity to connect with emerging talent. The event aims to guide young professionals as they transition from university to the workforce, offering valuable information on internships, working student positions, entry-level jobs, part-time opportunities, and thesis collaborations.

At the heart of the fair is personal interaction: students and alumni can engage in one-on-one conversations with company representatives to ask individual questions about career paths, additional qualifications, and application procedures. The fair also provides professional support for the job application process, including workshops, application document reviews, and the chance to have free application photos taken on site.

A special highlight is the interactive “Battle for Talents” format, where five companies answer five questions posed by students. This dynamic competition challenges participants to demonstrate creativity, quick thinking, and authenticity.

The event takes place in the lecture hall corridor on Leuphana University's main campus. Centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation, the venue’s open and modern design offers an inspiring setting for networking and exchange.
