The Jobmesse Rostock has long outgrown the label of a traditional career fair. Since its inception in 2016, it has become a firmly established event in the trade fair calendar of northern Germany. Organized by HR Business GmbH, the fair operates under the guiding motto "All Roads to Your New Career!" and injects fresh momentum into the regional job market twice a year. The venue – the iconic Ostseestadion, home of F.C. Hansa Rostock – offers not only a setting rich in symbolism but also a centrally located and easily accessible platform in the heart of the city.
