LEaT X is an exclusive annual pre-season event for the live event and entertainment technology sector, setting itself apart from traditional trade fair formats. The name stands for "Live, Entertainment and Technology Experience" – a title that encapsulates the event’s core mission: to provide an early opportunity to experience the latest innovations in event technology first-hand, try them out, and connect with industry professionals – all before the official trade show season begins.

Organised by Ebner Media Group GmbH & Co. KG, LEaT X takes place each spring, bringing together manufacturers, service providers, planners and decision-makers from across the live events industry. The location changes annually within the German-speaking region, introducing fresh regional perspectives – from dynamic urban cultural hubs to highly specialised event venues.

What truly sets LEaT X apart is its clear focus: new products and emerging technologies are unveiled here for the first time each year, often as exclusive German debuts. The spectrum covers everything from lighting, audio and stage technology to AV solutions, digital tools and network technologies for live productions.
