Look in! Paderborn

The annual LOOK IN! Career Fair at the University of Paderborn was established in 1993 and has since been organized by the student groups Industrial Engineering (WING) and Business Informatics (WI). The event, managed by LOOK IN! GbR c/o HG WING e.V., provides students and graduates from the fields of Business Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering with the opportunity to get to know regional and national companies and gather information about potential employers. The campus of the University of Paderborn, founded in 1972, serves as the ideal venue with its modern facilities and central location. This innovative institution in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, is characterized by its interdisciplinary research and teaching, which spans five faculties: Humanities, Natural Sciences, Business Sciences, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, as well as Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics.

Numerous companies and interested parties attend the fair to present their services in the fields of business, technology, and informatics, and to connect with talented students. The fair offers lectures, workshops, and information booths, providing participants with a comprehensive insight into the various industries and career opportunities. Additionally, internship positions and topics for final theses are offered, helping to ease students' transition from university to professional life. Overall, the LOOK IN! This year the Look in! takes place on 3 days from Mon., 13.05.2024 to Wed., 15.05.2024 in Paderborn already for the 30th time.
