At the annual career fair taking place at the University of Göttingen companies from all over Germany introduce themselves to the visitors answering questions about careers within their company. The exhibitors come from a wide range of disciplines, therefore offering students from all degree programs the opportunity to find out about their career opportunities. No matter whether it is an internship, the direct entry, a working student position or accompanied final theses - there's something for everyone. At the joint stand in the central lecture hall building, there will also be a special focus on regional companies from Lower Saxony, which are represented there in large numbers. .

An extensive preparatory and supporting program, which is published on the website and in the trade fair catalog, is also a free offer for anyone interested who would like to get tips for applying or take part in interesting excursions to the exhibiting companies. 

The fact that the fair is divided into the north and central campus of the university also helps people to orientate themselves better. On the first day of the trade fair at the North Campus Faculty of Physics companies belonging to the field of natural sciences and computer science will be represented. The second day of the fair at the central campus focuses more on the economics, social sciences and social sciences divisions - however, all visitors are encouraged to inform themselves about several disciplines offered on both days of the fair. In this way, everyone can become aware of their individual interests and possibilities.

The PraxisBörse will take place on 2 days from Tuesday, 18. June to Wednesday, 19. June 2024 in Göttingen.
