Rohvolution® Berlin

Rohvolution® is a trade and consumer fair dedicated to raw food, healthy and natural nutrition, and a conscious, sustainable lifestyle. Guided by the principle of “Healthy Nutrition for Body, Mind and Soul”, the event brings together nutrition, health and wellbeing and is aimed at both interested consumers and trade visitors. The name “Rohvolution” is a deliberate play on the German words “Rohkost” (raw food) and “Revolution”, reflecting the fair’s aim of providing fresh inspiration for a natural lifestyle, with a particular focus on raw-food nutrition.

In Berlin, Rohvolution® is held at the Karlshorst Racecourse and is organised by RohKöstlich GmbH. Taking place annually, the fair gives visitors an opportunity to discover the latest products, concepts and developments in raw food, health and sustainability. The event is not limited to Berlin, however, but forms part of a wider trade fair concept that has already been held at various locations across Germany.

Raw food and raw vegan nutrition are at the heart of the event. The range includes natural and organic foods, superfoods, smoothies, juices, exotic fruits, seedlings and sprouts, as well as innovative raw vegan products. These are complemented by appliances designed for gentle food preparation, such as juicers and high-performance blenders. Nutritional and health advisory services are represented as well.
