The fair is organized by the IfT Institute for Talent Development GmbH, a seasoned provider in the field of personalized career guidance and further education. Since launching the vocatium fairs in 2008, the IfT has developed a nationwide network and now organizes these events at over 80 locations across Germany. What sets vocatium apart is its unique concept: meetings with exhibitors—including companies, universities, and institutions—are scheduled in advance, enabling focused preparation and meaningful conversations.

The fair covers a broad spectrum of topics related to education and career planning, including vocational training, academic studies, professional development, and career orientation.
