The Vocatium Fair is an annual education and career orientation fair held at the Kongress Palais Kassel. The Kongress Palais Kassel is excellently suited for such fairs thanks to its modern facilities, central location, and capacity to accommodate numerous exhibitors and visitors. Since its inception in 2008, the fair has been organized by the IfT Institute for Talent Development, which specializes in individual career orientation and further education.

The IfT Institute not only organizes the Vocatium Fairs in Kassel and Schwerin, but also in many other locations in Germany. The fairs are part of a nationwide network that is dedicated to individual career and study orientation for students and young people.
