CONTACT Ingolstadt

The CONTACT is the annual career and recruiting fair of the Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences (THI) and has established itself as a central platform for students seeking internships, working student positions, thesis opportunities, or direct entry into the job market. Typically held over four days in the spring, the fair provides companies from the region with the opportunity to present themselves at their own booth and engage directly with young talent.

Even before the fair, the event app "talentefinder" facilitates an initial exchange between companies and students. This digital solution allows participating firms to search for suitable candidates weeks in advance and schedule interviews for the fair day.

In addition to company booths, CONTACT is accompanied by a diverse supporting program, including professional application photo sessions, specialist lectures, and networking opportunities. The event is actively promoted by THI to reach as many students as possible and provide them with optimal career guidance. Due to the increasing demand from firms, the fair has already been extended to four days for the second time to offer as many companies and students as possible the chance for successful exchanges.
