The GrindTec is the international special trade fair for tool grinding technology, as well as cylindrical, surface, profile, and center-hole grinding in connection with tool grinding or tool and knife production. It is the world's leading trade fair in its industry, where all the important market participants are represented and offer the best possible overview of the state of the art in grinding technology. The GrindTec mainly attracts visitors from the areas of machine, tool, and mold making, who want to find out about innovations and trends in grinding technology. The international supplier fair Z and the Intec, an international trade fair for machine tools, manufacturing, and automation technology, take place in parallel with this.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, from 14. March to 17. March 2018, about 663 exhibitors from 31 countries and 19100 visitors from 66 countries on the GrindTec in Augsburg.
