Lebensfreude Festival Lübeck

The "Lebensfreude Festival" at Brügmanngarten in Lübeck-Travemünde is a true highlight in the annual event calendar compared to other "Joy of Life" fairs. This event offers pure joy of life in all its facets, under the open sky, right by the sea.

Visitors can get information, celebrate, shop, relax, and enjoy. Here you will find everything that brings the body, mind, and soul into relaxation mode.

Various food trucks offer their freshly prepared and mostly vegetarian specialties and delicious drinks. If you like movement, head to the participation yoga on the Baltic Sea beach and the workouts in the yoga space. At the open-air marketplace, you can get information, shop, and receive advice from over 90 exhibitors. And at the lectures, you will learn everything that contributes to a happy life. There's also a party – with many great live bands and artists directly on the Joy of Life stage.

The "Lebensfreude Festival" is a central platform for innovative ideas, services, and products from the field of alternative health. Initiated by the organization "Lebensfreude Messen", it aims to focus on topics such as ecology, spirituality, work-life balance, fitness, alternative health concepts, vegetarian nutrition, and sustainability.
