XING Job-Welt Hamburg

The XING Job World is a unique career fair that takes place at the New Work Harbour in the HafenCity area, directly on the Elbe River in Hamburg. It provides a dynamic platform for career starters and students to optimally prepare for entering the professional world. This fair, organized by New Work SE in collaboration with the brands kununu and onlyfy, aims to bring together dedicated talents and leading employers in an inspiring environment. The event offers the opportunity to establish direct contact with potential employers, thereby creating an important connection between the next generation of professionals and established companies.

In addition to the exhibition and networking opportunities, the XING Job World also offers a range of practical workshops. Here, career starters and students come together with coaches, recruiters, and experts to acquire useful skills and knowledge for their career entry. Exciting keynotes, presentations, and panel discussions with prominent guests provide further valuable insights into the world of work and complement the program. Music acts, drinks, and ample space for networking and inspiration contribute to a relaxed atmosphere. The XING Job World is also connected to the NEW WORK Experience Festival, which takes place on the same day at the Elbphilharmonie concert hall in Hamburg and at other locations in the HafenCity area. The XING Job-Welt takes place annually, and therefore for the second time previsibly in June 2024 in Hamburg.
