The vocatium Erlangen is a specialized fair for education and study programs, aiming to connect young people at the start of their career paths with educational and training institutions. Organized by the IfT Institute for Talent Development GmbH, the fair takes place annually in April at the Heinrich-Lades-Halle, known for its multifunctionality and accessibility.

A distinctive feature of vocatium is the thorough preparation and scheduling of discussions between students and exhibitors. This targeted coordination, a core component of the fair's concept, allows for intensive preparation on both sides.
