The vocatium Erlangen is a specialized fair for education and study programs, aiming to connect young people at the start of their career paths with educational and training institutions. Organized by the IfT Institute for Talent Development GmbH, the fair takes place annually in April at the Heinrich-Lades-Halle, known for its multifunctionality and accessibility.

A distinctive feature of vocatium is the thorough preparation and scheduling of discussions between students and exhibitors. This targeted coordination, a core component of the fair's concept, allows for intensive preparation on both sides. As a result, the quality and benefit of the advisory sessions are significantly enhanced.

The IfT Institute plays a crucial role in preparing students for their visit to the fair. They are prepared in class for the event and receive individually tailored appointments with exhibitors about two weeks before the fair date, matching their career aspirations. This enables young people to prepare focused questions and application documents for the discussions.

In addition to scheduled talks, spontaneous visitors without prior appointments are also welcome. An informative lecture program offers all participants additional insights into the world of education and studies.

Vocatium Erlangen goes beyond a traditional career orientation fair.
