The bonding company contact fair is a student-organized career fair that takes place on the campus of the University of Stuttgart Campus Vaihingen in Stuttgart. It is organized by the bonding-studenteninitiative e.V., a non-profit organization that has organized career and education fairs at various German universities since its foundation in 1988. The aim of the fair is to bring students and graduates from various disciplines, especially from the fields of engineering, natural sciences and business, into contact with potential employers. The bonding Stuttgart offers students the opportunity to find out about internships, final theses, trainee programs and direct entry into companies.

The fair attracts numerous renowned companies from different industries that present their job offers and career opportunities. Students can talk directly to HR managers and find out about entry and development opportunities. In addition to the companies' exhibition stands, the bonding Messe Stuttgart also offers a diverse supporting program that includes application portfolio checks, career advice and specialist lectures by experts from the industry. Bonding takes place annually at various locations throughout Germany. This event is rounded off by numerous specialist presentations. In the presentations, visitors get an initial overview of the companies in order to prepare for further discussions with the company representatives at the stand.
