Südback is Germany's largest trade exhibition and one of the most important trend fairs for the bakers and confectioners, which also attracts visitors from neighboring countries. The fair takes place once a year in Stuttgart, but is omitted in the year where the iba, the world's leading trade fair for bakery, pastry and snacks in Munich takes place. Main focus of the exhibition are working and operating equipment, raw materials, commodities, business facilities and equipment, sales promotion and services around the bakery and confectionery industry. As the hub of the industry, it is the platform for ideas and knowledge sharing but also for information and best practices.
