The Vocatium trade fair in Fürstenfeldbruck is a trade fair for training and studies, bringing companies, technical colleges and universities, academies, and institutions into personal dialogue with young people about career choices. The unique selling point of the Vocatium is the well-prepared and scheduled talks between students and exhibitors. As a result, the quality and benefits of the counseling interview are higher for both exhibitors and young people than at a conventional career orientation fair. Before the trade fair, schoolchildren are prepared for the visit by the team from the organizer IfT Institute for Talent Development. Following this, IfT organizes individual appointments with exhibitors tailored to the students' professional interests and wishes. The students receive these individual appointments 14 days before the trade fair, so they can prepare for their interview with specific questions and, if necessary, an application folder.

Spontaneous visitors without appointments are also welcome at the study fair. In addition to personal talks with exhibitors, all visitors to Vocatium in Fürstenfeldbruck are offered an informative program of lectures. The unique trade fair concept with scheduled meetings has been established at 90 locations throughout Germany.
