The market is organized by the Cultural Office of the city of Neusäß, which is responsible not only for the organization but also for the cultural program and the selection of market stalls. A special feature is the fairy tale rally, where children answer a question at each fairy tale scene and receive a small surprise for the correct answer word. Santa Claus visits the market every Advent weekend, distributing gifts to all children. Additional fun is provided by the children's carousel at the beginning of Remboldstraße and the children's train on the playground.

Another highlight is the decorated Christmas trees, lovingly adorned by Neusäß's kindergartens, adding a special, family-friendly atmosphere to the market. Culinary delights include a variety of traditional treats like mulled wine, hunter's tea, punch, bratwursts, steak rolls, Bosna, Schupfnudeln, cheese sausages, crêpes, soups, stews, and tea specialties.
